Dynamic HITT Studio is situated in Watercrest Mall (Hillcrest). We offer a 300sq meter studio fully dedicated to group and personal training sessions.

This space perfectly allows for social distancing. Our studio flooring being top of the range impact resistant mats are great for training and stretching on. The toliets facilities are based in the mall itself. Unfortunately as of yet we dont offer shower facilities. However we do have men and woman changing rooms.
Situated at our studio entrance is the reception and dedicated seating area. We will offer members open lockers where bags and valuables can be kept safe on arrival. Each session is well equiped with high end cardio equipment and weights.

Sessions are run by the owners who are highly qualified instructors and passionate about training themselves. Our instructors, Neil and Denya (husband and wife) both have over 20 years experience conducting group sessions.
