What You Get

Our 8 week program includes assessments, before and after photos, eating plans and guidance and motivation throughout your challenge. On completion of the challenge, our members attend a prize giving where winners are awarded in different categories:

 

• Biggest transformation on photo.

• Best physique (lean muscle) purely after photo.

 

Our 8 week packages include either 2/3 or unlimited sessions for the times we run the HITT classes that are available. We also offer a 4 week kickstart package where you choose either 2/3 times a week according to our class schedule.
